The Martin & Lilly attorneys represent clients throughout the Houston metropolitan area and statewide in two main areas of law:
- Family law, including child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, community property division, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and modifications and enforcement;
- Personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, and medical negligence
The firm's approach in any legal issue is to prepare the case for trial. While many cases can be settled through mediation, arbitration or negotiation, thorough preparation will help you enter these discussions from the strongest possible position.
The firm handles all personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that you will pay no up-front retainer fee. Your fee, if the law firm is successful, will be a percentage of your total recovery. If the firm is not able to make a recovery for you, there will be no attorney's fees.
The firm offers a retainer agreement for family law cases and accepts credit cards. The fees charged vary depending on the complexity of the case and the experience of the attorney representing you.
